Meinung:
Zunächst einmal möchte ich auf das Cover der Geschichte hinweisen. Wie unschwer zu erkennen, ist es das Negativ einer Klaviertastatur auf welcher ein Schlüssel liegt. Viel besser hatte man Titel und Cover vermutlich nicht abstimmen können. Aber Die Schrift und die Farbabstimmung lassen das ganze amateurhaft wirken.
Die Geschichte an sich hat mir sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn es oft deutlich zu detailliert war! Am liebsten hätte ich reihenweise Seiten überblättert -habe ich nicht-, da einfach nichts wirklich spektakuläres passiert. So kommt es auch, dass mich das Ende total überrumpelt hat, ich war noch gar nicht so weit!
Protagonistin Tegan Lockwood ist wunderschön und unterstützt ihre Familie bei ihrem Unternehmen, wo sie nur kann. Weniger begeistert ist ist sie jedoch davon, dass ihre Familie einen Pop Star bei sich wohnen lässt, der sich etwas aus der Öffentlichkeit zurück ziehen will. Zunächst konnte ich ihre Gedanken zwar nachvollziehen aber kam halt nicht so super mit ihr klar, das hat sich allerdings während des Buches gebessert hat.
Mason hingegen konnte ich irgendwie sofort in mein Herz lassen. Ich meine klar er hat seine Macken aber genau das war der vermutlich Punkt, weshalb ich ihn deutlich mehr mag als Tegan, gerade da es sehr transparent ist, dass er eigentlich schwer in Ordnung ist.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass in dem Buch einige vom Autor verfasste Songs auftauchen. Diese sind ziemlich gut und definitiv ein fetter Pluspunkt!
Fazit:
Die des Idee dieses Young-adult Contemporarys gefälkt mir super! Buch allerdings zum Teil viel zu langwierig ist, reicht es dann jedoch doch nur für 4 Sterne: 🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐.

Opinion:
Firstly I’d like to talk about the Cover. A good Cover makes us interested in books… Well on the Cover of Melody’s Key you can see a negative imagine of a piano Keyboard and a small key. This matches good to the Booktitl, but the combination of this font and the color makes the book looking a little more unprofessional.
I liked the story very much, but way to often the author described unimportant things. All in all the book was far to detailed, what’s the reason why I thought about skipping a few pages for nearly the entire book! – I didn’t – Protagonist Tegan Lockwood is a pretty young women helping her family with their business as far as possible.
Nevertheless she isn’t very happy about the fact, that pop star, will be part of their life for the next monts. In the beginning it took some time until I felt comfortable with her.
Later I liked her much better!
Mason trys to disappear from the limelight and he has some problems… Of course he isn’t perfect, but that makes him human and a lot more sympathic than Tegan who Semester perfect. He’s definetly quite a good egg what’s an other reason for me to like him!
One pretty cool last point is that the author write some songs and in deed I really like them!
Conclusion:
I really liked the story, but the sum of Details was a little to big!
Well I think the book deserves 4 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐
